  • When is payment due?
    Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience I accept cheque, email money transfer and cash. Cheques should be made payable to “Patricia Usher” and email money transfers should be sent to Patricia.Usherx@Gmail.com.
  • What time will you arrive?
    I work Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm, however, move-in/move-out cleanings are done on weekends only. At the assessment I will work with you to determine the best time frame for me to arrive.
  • How much do you charge?
    My services are dependent on the frequency of the cleaning you require. I can provide a rough estimate through text, phone call or e-mail and I can provide a free quote in person.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    No, you do not have to sign a contract.
  • What is your vaccination policy?
    I am fully vaccinated.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. To respect my time, if you do not provide 24 hours notice more than once I will not book you for future cleanings.
  • Do I have to be home when you arrive?
    You may be home to let the me in but if not we can determine the best of entry that is comfortable with you.
  • How many cleaners come to my home?
    As the owner of Patricia's Cleaning Services, you can expect me (Patricia) to arrive to clean your home every time - no switching cleaners means you get the best cleaning every time! However, for move-out/move-in cleanings there is a possibility of having an additional cleaner which will be discussd at the assessment.
  • What if I find something broken in my home?
    I do my best to be very cautious while cleaning your home. If something does get broken, I will let you know by the end of the work day. I will notify you that an item has been broken and I will work in conjunction with you to repair or replace the item. If I have not contacted you please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me.
  • What happens if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
    I sometimes work on holidays. If not, I will do my best to reschedule your appointment to the next available date.
  • Can I be home while my home is being cleaned?
    Absolutely! I ask that you do your best to stay out of my way so I can give you the best clean possible. In return I will do my best to stay out of your way.
